Some aspects where is ...Some spending is never cut. Some aspects where is is not cut are social security and medicare. I feel as if the government is setting up our failure. For example, the small businesses is how some people make an income and now they have a budget cut. The proposal states that this will help. There are some aspects in which spending is never cut such as Social Security, Medicare, and the defense budget which are ultimately "off limits" but then the question of "what's left" is everything that indirectly and directly affects the public. Small business for example, which may be the source of income for many families are now having a budget cut enforced upon them. What is the true agenda? Will it ever be enforced or acted upon?
